Vishwanathan Anand :- The Legend of Chess

Welcome all Indian's to our second post.. this time we are sharing about our Grand Master of Chess, yes we are talking about the Legend of Chess Game Mr. Vishwanathan Anand Who Recently won the World Chess Championship 2012 and become the first person in the world to Win 5 Times World Chess Championship. 

Starting his Career in the year 1982 Anand Rock the World with "Knight" and won major tournaments in Chess Championship he not only have the major followers in India but in the whole world as well.

At the age of just 14 he won the title international chess master. He also become the India's first chess grand master in the year 1988 and got the padma shree award at just of age 18. 

Anand is one of the player in history to break the 2800 mark on the FIDE rating list, and in April 2007 at the age of 37, he became the world number one for the first time

Other than the chess anand like reading books, solving maths puzzles, and sharing his valuable time with his family.

Since Anand wins the current World Chess Championship so now he will defend his champion title in the next world  Chess Championship i.e, at 2013. 

For his future we wish him all the best may he won several tournaments, compitions , matches etc.. so we can proudly say " India Ki Shaan" " The legend of Chess" Mr. Vishwanathan Anand".

Abhinav Bindra :- India's First Individual Gold Medallist


India ki Shaan " Abhinav Bindra" 

Starting with an Indian First Olympic Gold medallist Mr. Abhinav Bindra.Abhinav was born in Zirakpur ,mohali, Punjab in September 28 ,1982 and he is the first Indian individual who won gold medal in Olympic in 10m Air Rifle Shooting event in Beijing Olympic games 2008.

Abhinav Did his schooling from St. Stephen’s Schools Chandigarh India,his parents also promoted his interest in shooting especially his father Mr. Arjit Singh Bindra by installing indoor shooting range at their home,

Abhinav learned shooting from his coach naming Lt. Col. Dhillon who taught him from the beginning of his career in shooting . Abhinav was also the youngest Indian participant in Olympic 2000 games.

Abhinav is currently leaning from his new coach Mr Gabriel Bihlmann who is five time Olympic shooter from Switzerland. 

Abhinav holds his Bachelor of Business administration degree from University of Colorado US.
Abhinav got arjuna awrd in 2000, and on the other year i.e, at 2001 he got Rajiv Gandhi khel ratna award which is also an highest sports award in India, in the later 2009 he awarded Padma bhushan award and recently in the previous year at 2011 he got Honorary lietenant colonel by Indian Territorial army.

Abhinav is now participating in London Olympic 2012 as an Indian shooter and for his future we wish him all the best, may he wins several gold’s so we can proudly say “India Ki Shaan” “Abhinav Bindra”.
